So I've done some research and I realize finding any of these is going to be a long shot, especially since I'm in the U.S., but the Scepter and Vienta rear tail light panels are by far better looking than any other, except for the seemingly even more elusive SXV10R Camry CSi rear panel, which would be my ultimate goal here. I realize that finding any of these will be incredibly difficult, and when found, will be pretty expensive. I was wondering what may be the best places to look, or if there's anyone I can contact, or if there is anyone who has one and is willing to sell it. Another option could be to fab up a custom one, maybe based on the old black pre-facelift rear panel which is a lot easier to find, but I'm not sure how I'd do that. I really want the SCi panel look if it could ever be possible, it just has such a unique look and cool style to it. Any additional or new information on this would be awesome, since even just finding info on these seems to be pretty difficult.

have you got any photos of what you are talking about?

In the US, the sheet metal around the rear combi lamp never changed, sedan or coupe, from '92~'96. But, perhaps something unique was done in Australia (apparently where a model named "CSi" was sold? I'd not heard that name until now but googling it I find lots of AUS hits for it).

If AUS is correct, then that's where you'll want to focus your search for salvage panels from.

the sheet metal as shown was that shape for all variations of sedan and coupe from '92~'96

If what you want to do is install those lights (and the horizontal plastic panel on the luggage lid which lines up with the lights) you can do so, for any model/year of '92~'96, without having to make any change to any of your sheet metal.

From looking at the photos, the rear combi lights (the brake/turn unit) are the same as what we got in the US. So, you should only need to change the middle part to get that look.

Contact dismantlers in other markets (Scepter was the name in Japan, Australia and possibly some other markets) for getting those used lights and that middle panel.

For the black and red lid panel from the CSi, what market was that mainly for? And how would I go about contacting dismantlers in those countries?

I know the Vienta was in Australia and the Scepter was in Japan, but where was the CSi? I've heard both that its also Australia or something like South Africa. I can't find much info on that one.

Isn't that a NSW Australia plate on the pic of the CSI ?

I wouldn't know, maybe. I asked on the gen 3-4 facebook page, and a guy in Australia says he's got a few. I'm asking him for details but since he's in AU and I'm in the US, I probably won't hear back again until late.

10 - 12 years ago, changing the rear panels was a hot mod that pretty much depleted the supply. Hopefully the person will get back to you.

I know, I'm late to the party. Mine was my grandmothers car until about 6 years ago or so, and its been mine for 4, only just starting to do the fun things with it.
