Anyone have experience with this? When I purchased my 2016 in March, I was told by the dealership that it wasn't an option - all cars include it. I went in for first service last week and application of Zaktek and dealership scratched my bumper (they have since repaired). Since I wax it myself, should I just refuse future applications?

I wouldnt pay for something you did not want. If theres an extra charge for this which got financed with the car, I wouldve told them they pay for it since they apparently want it on the car so bad.


IDK what it is. Never heard of it. I wax my own cars and the earth continues to turn.
