This maybe a newb question, would the front lip from the SE fit the LE?

Not without alot of modification.

But not practical.

The SE bumper has slots cut in specific spots to mount the SE Lip. It would be very difficult to cut the slots in the correct spot for perfect fitment.

Or go with an aftermarket lip kit such as Razzi. It is cheaper in the long run and looks quite similar

Does this all apply to the rear lip in the gen 6 camrys as well?
So basically, either shave done the tabs and possibly use a industrial glue of somesort to stick it onto the LE front or rear bumpers? or cut slots in the LE bumpers and do the same? Will the SE lip just fit comfortably over the LE bumper after say, shaving the tabs down?

don't shave the tabs. find a good paint guy with will cut the slits. there is marks on our stock le/xle bumpers. if your crafty and precise enough you can DIY. the clips and filler panels cost a pretty penny though.

go for it. it's not easy specially for the body guide but it's worth it. looks like i wont be only one with a se conversion anymore.
