2003 Toyota Echo Won't crank after boost

Car sat for a couple weeks, started with a boost just fine. New battery now it won't crank or start but the lights on the dash are good. I started the car directly from the starter, checked the relay and started it just fine from there too. I replaced the EFI relay still nothing, checked dash fuses as well. Wondering if anyone had this issue, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Coupla questions for you.

First things first... is the battery FULLY charged? And if so, what do the cold cranking amps measure?

A partially discharged battery won't register the same cranking amps as it does when fully charged... so we need to know For Sure that the battery is 100% completely fully charged.

Once we know that, we need to test the alternator output.

Just trying to nail down the basics.

New battery, they read it to be at 100% and it fires up like a charm when I jumped by the relay with a screwdriver so the problem must be somewhere from the fuse box to the ignition I’m thinking because I don’t feel the relay click on when I turn the ignition. Tested the relay and it was working and I have a spare starter relay I picked up as well. I’m on my way to the car now I can do some more diagnosis

Do you mean the solenoid on the starter? If so it could be the relay in the under hood fuse block. Check if there is power at the signal wire with the key in the start position. If not try switching with another relay. I'd try this before "ripping " anything apart.;)
I've seen key cylinders wear out over time...
The cylinder and the electrical part of the switch are separate items, if anything I would suspect the electrical switch before the cylinder itself.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Already tested the relay as mentioned before, jumped the car from both the relay(by taking the cap off) and the starter solenoid. Tried swapping the relay just to see but that didn’t work. The only way to get at the ignition wiring is to rip it apart my issue is from the ignition switch to the fuse box.

I’ll post an update later today
