Can I listen to the radio while using Apple CarPlay?

I'm shopping for a late model Camry XSE AWD, and am wondering if I can have radio music while navigating using my iPhone via CarPlay or if I need to find a vehicle with the navigation package to pair maps with music?

I use carplay for google maps while driving, and listen to siriusxm thru the car head unit at the same time, no issue.

mine is a 2018 so take with a grain of salt

So you are not using data for siriusxm right? you are using the built-in siriusxm?

Yes, thru the oem head unit and shark fin antenna

no problems with this with acp showing google maps on the dash
