You wil nead Tech Stream (GTS) software to do so.

1- Nead computer with Windows (will not worck with other OS)
2- Install Tech Stream (GTS) software (it is not free)
3- Buy a Toyota compatible USB to ODB2 cable

Be sure to buy a original Toyota H chip key with a Toyota part #. Ass, crapy H chip key or sold on Ebay, but you will not be able to program it.

Finally, only 4 key could be program. Ass you got only one key, ther is a other one some ware that could start your car. So if you go at Toyota dealer, ask the technicien to erase all key befor program the new and excitante key.

Thanks for the reply, I got the software and will order the cable and key. Will this program the keyless entry buttons also or just the chip so the car will start?

 

Techstream is the same programe use by Toyota technicien.
So, yes you could do both key system.
In fact with program you could set all fetures ove your car.

 

You can do what is said above or you can get the key and have it cut/programmed at some hardware stores. Only thing is, if it doesn't work or if they miscut the key, you're out of luck since you didn't buy it from them.
