i think yrffej was saying that the larger tires are going to affect the mileage read vs. actual miles traveled. i disagree though. if the speedometer is reading correctly, so will the odometer. so in a way, you really fixed both. if you're reading the correct speed you're traveling, you'll also be documenting the correct amount of miles traveled.

this speedo/odometer talk has been arround on this forum, about three yrs now. the stock speedo is optomistic, while the odometer is accurate. as posted by others with gps.... you can look at the mile markers and see for yourself. (but give it at least 100mi to see it...)

fixing the speedo with bigger diameter tires, will make the odometer display the same % off.....
