Looks like you will have to hook the spring onto the cam, and wind the spring so the the throttle plate will return to the closed position when released.

I don't recall any FSM telling you how many turns to wind the spring, but you might remember the amount of tension before you removed it. You can also go to the junkyard and either get a used throttle body or examine how much tension they wind the spring.

I kinda know where the ends of the springs go right now, but still dont know the other 2 ends go.
