Middle two (with the covers down) stopped functioning. The lighter port and other usb work. I’ve been unable to figure out which fuse might supply these two ports. I am, of course, assuming it’s a fuse. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am looking at the wiring diagram, searching for US:

There seems to be 2 fuses in the «engine room».

Here is some grounding of components related to USB:

Those are T4 and H32.
Looking at the location of those socket, I see that the front one is the H32, T4 is for the back seat row USB port. Here is the schematic to deliver the power:

So it should be fuse no1 followed by relay for no1.
Good luck. Keep us posted of your results.

I got the wiring diagram by paying about 20$ US at techinfo.toyota.com to get access to all information for 48 hours. I downloaded the 2020 version of the wiring diagram (since I downloaded it in 2020... 2021 did not exist at that time!) It is somewhat time intensive operation, so I downloaded mostly the Hybrid version, even if a lot of sections apply to both hybrid and non-hybrid.

I also downloaded a few sections of the factory service manual that I know I will need (like changing brakes) but downloading all the section would have taken me more time than it's worth, so I figured I'll pay another 20$ if I ever need to download other parts.

This being said, write to me in private.
