03 Highlander will not stay running

Hey folks I'm hoping to get some advice. My 2003 Toyota Highlander doesn't want to start anymore. At first it would start but not run. Now it won't run at all. I've cleaned out the throttle body plates, brand new air filter and air flow sensor. I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do it's my only vehicle.

Any codes on dash? Even if not CEL, read it, there maybe a pending code for a clue. Tried starter fluid? (just to determine if it fires for a few seconds then move onto other items to check).
