03 Toyota Camry 02 Sensor cables cut

I have an 03 Toyota Camry 4cylinder that is giving me Code P0137
which is to change the 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
I have jacked up car and found the car has a total of 3 02 sensors
I found sensor 2 had the wires cut and can't find where those wires are supposed to go

can install the new one as I can not trace the wires and connector

I am looking for the diagram and direction as to where sensor 2 and 3 are supposed to be connected

This was the only thing I've seen on the sensors. Doesn't quite give you what you want though. Might be a start?

I thought the 4 cyl only had 2 sensors. An Air fuel ratio sensor visible from under the hood in the exhaust manifold. And an O2 sensor after the catalytic converter which has a connector under the carpet beneath the drivers seat.
