Keep having check engine light come on with p2196 and p0172.
Recently we replaced the exhaust system from tail pipe up to the manifold. Replaced ignition coils, fuel injectors and spark plugs which fixed a different check engine misfire code.
Recently replaced the bank 1 sensor 1 with a denso air fuel sensor
Just cleaned the MAF sensor with the proper spray.
Codes still coming on. What am I missing?
I don't have a fancy scan tool. Is replacing the MAF next or ???

Wiring harness damage (rodent damage)?

Corrosion or bent/broke contacts in connectors?

Broken or leaky rubber vacuum hoses?

You could check the voltage of the B1S1 at the ECM, or easier to get a low cost scan tool that will report live stream data, doesn't have to be fancy.

But something is causing the B1S1 voltage to be held low, like shorted to ground or not connected, and ECM is not happy.

MAF reading higher than normal could be the cause of the P0172.
Did you have the P2196 and P0172 before changing exhaust and other parts?
