For the 4 bolts that hold on the wheel hub, what is the torque specs for those?

I’ve been chasing things. When I drive past 5 mph, the right front wheel makes the noise when you’re slipping on ice and traction control engages and it beeps inside car. I turned traction control button off this changes nothing. Just in driving a block and back that rotar is hot. I’ve replace caliper, the wheel hub seems to be fine after taking it off. Any help???
