Hello guys I have a 1999 Corolla with 63,000miles. I want to change out the transmission fluid without dropping pan. I'm only looking to drain and refill. How many quarts do I need just to replace the old fluid I drained out. Thanks

The best to do is drain the fluid into your container, and then pour into a clear container where you can see graduations of fluid level. Or just match level if container does not have measurements.
It does help to have the fluid capacity from the owners manual as a guide. May lose some on the drain.
It takes just over 3 quarts of Dexron-III (sold today as "Dex/Merc"). Just an eensy bit more if you drop the pan (in which case you'd also change the filter and put on a new gasket). Super easy.
