Not in your Owner's Manual or on fuse box cover?

Clockspring could be bad if it's not the fuse. .

 

Horn fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box very close to the horn relay. Does the relay click when you press the horn button? That would confirm the fuse, relay, and clock spring are all good. If that's ok, check if you get 12V at the horn when the button is pressed. If that's good check your horn ground. Also, do you have 1 or 2 horns? Its unlikely that the grounds for both are bad.
