Might be labeled Power Outlet, PWR Outlet or something similar, the owner’s manual should have details. This fuse may be in box on the driver’s side behind the dash.

 

According to the wiring diagram and Owner's Manual, fuse 53, located in the fuse box under the instrument panel, protects both power outlets. If just one outlet is dead, it may be internally damaged or a wire broken.

 

Avalon Power Outlet

I had the same problem with my 2006 Avalon. I read in another forum about someone who found a penny lodged in the power outlet of his wife's Corolla. It took me 5 seconds with a mini screwdriver to discover the paper straw wrapper jammed in mine. Works great now!

 

The fuse box is under the dash directly under the steering wheel -- it is oblong with a black cover. It's hard to see unless you get underneath. The cover has a diagram of the fuse locations.

 

lol i was looking for this earlier and i couldn't find it. read this post and gave it another look and found it. I took the panel the off on the bottom realized i didnt have to do that. :facepalm: I would've eventually found it though. Anyways I had to disconnect the power sunshade located on rear window because it was jammed and it made a loud noise every time it had go down.
