I have a 2005 Sequoia and the rear window, defroster and wiper all stopped working. I don't have an owners manual to see where to start. I checked all the fuses and found no bad ones. Any recommendations on where to start?

having same issue on 2005 , went to dealer, service manager starts talking about a new computer.........Went to parts for something else and ran into a tech who says without a doubt "rear window motor" . Claims that computer cant sense if window is up or down so things like wiper and defroster wont work. Have found a couple of other sites and I am finding this is a common problem on sequoia,
Take your rear window apart, clean the window tracks, grease the mechanism for the window motor. See if it works. If not, give the motor a lil love tap.

ps: most people don't use the rear window enough. I always let it down at least 2 a week.
I have exact same issue with my 2005. I took it apart and discovered that part of the wiring harness is in the travel path of the window and it caused two wires to be cut. I'm taking it into the dealer on Wednesday so we'll see what they say but they probably won't fix it as it's out of warranty (65k miles).
Had a similar problem on my 07. Service guy told me to roll/power the rear window down and then power it back up holding the switch until I was sure it was all the way up. Everything worked fine again after that. So if the wiper and defrost doesnt work, most likely because the window isnt all the way closed.
My issue is that the rear defroster doesn't work. The wiper and window work as they should except for the defroster. I've taken the rear panel and looked at the wires/module and nothing seems out of place. I will look at it again once it warms up a bit.
2005 rear window, defroster, wiper not working also
I also have a 2005 and the rear defrost and wiper did not work. Come to find out the dealer looked it over and said that the rear window was not up all of the way. Now the rear wiper works but I still do not have a working rear defrost. Is their a good link anyone would recommend that shows how to get to these wires?
I had to tap the rear window motor with a wrench to giggle the contacts lose inside the housing. This did the trick and the window started working. It also solved the lock not working too as well as the rear wiper.
Try this. Turn the rear wiper off with the car off. Hold the rear window switch down and turn the car to the on position and hold it for 10 seconds. This will reset the computer. See how that works.
Same problem on my '01 Sequoia. I found a loose multi-wire connector that connected to a squarish box in the lift door. I pushed on it, heard the little click noise of the connector seating, and voila everything worked again.
The window lock button will defeat all of the rear window functions on the current model. Don't know if that is true for previous models.
