2006 Sienna timing belt shredded, questions

My 06 Sienna stopped running while idling, when I turn it over by hand I don't feel or hear any internal parts hitting eachother. I bought the timing belt and pump kit and removed the timing belt cover, the belt wasn't broken but it is shredded with some long strands wrapped around the crankshaft sprocket. I turned the crankshaft till the marks lined up on the crank but the marks are way off on both cam shaft sprockets, can I remove the belt, line up all of the timing marks and put it back together or is it more dificult than that?. Finding TDC on no, 1, etc.
I would really appreciate any info or advice.
Thanks

You can rotate the camshaft as long as the crank is backed up to its position. Even if it wasn't you're not going to do any damage, the springs and valves are a little tougher than whatever wrench and your right arm that you're using to turn the camshaft. In fact, you'll find that the cams have a tendency to want to turn anyway.
