Hello, i currently own a 2007 Camry LE and when i connect my Aux cord into the Aux port with my phone connected and eveything it still won't detect it.

Its worked before about 2 maybe 3 years ago and that one day it worked and it never worked again.

I am wondering if the connector is bad or if the Aux input is bad? I don't know which one is the problem.

On the Disc/Aux button i press Aux but it switches to Disc, ive tried plugging in my device into the Aux port and playing music before even starting the car and it still wont detect it. Ive also tried different aux cables.

Can anyone help me on what i should do? I am 16 also and i really want to fix this badly.

Thank you.

+1 to replacing the aux port. Part number you want is 86190-53010. A new one will run you anywhere from 40-60 bucks.

almost betting the aux jack is bad. Otherwise, it'll be something with the radio. Wiring usually doesn't go bad.

Tried a different cable?

Hi, I am having the same problem that aux input is not being detected in my 2007 Toyota Camry XLE. I checked the auxiliary port and all connections are in good shape. I even replaced it with new aux jack port. I have tried multiple tested aux cables ut it still doesn't detect the aux. Any other potential solutions?
