New here! I’ve always used these forums but never got around to posting until now. I have a 2013 Camry, and the touchscreen is completely unresponsive. Super annoying. Anyway, I want to pair my iPhone with it. Is there any way to bypass the touchscreen/use steering wheel buttons? I am able to use the buttons for radio but that’s about it and it sucks. One more thing - I also want access to the page that shows MPG over time. Thank you in advance!

if you're into electronics you can fix it for less than $40. my 2014.5 camry has the bottom half unresponsive. i just bout a digitizer from china for $26 on aliexpress. the same part goes for $100 on ebay. i'm waiting for it to arrive to attempt a repair. you have to make sure you buy the right part#. you don't want to waste money.

I just noticed that some of the buttons on my Audio screen, like the bass and treble, hardly work at all any more and getting worse. I was luckily able to get these settings in their middle positions by trying hundreds of times.
Mine is a 2015 LE, a low-mileage car, and the touch screen seems to be failing. But in truth I hardly ever use any touch-screen buttons for anything, so could live without it I guess.
Might have to reset the clock some day by disconnecting the battery, I guess I'll see, but so far only a couple of the audio-related "buttons" on the screen seem affected.

What would a "digitizer" do for it?
