2016 Highlander limited platinum, I'm hearing a "squeak" coming from it sounds like from the suspension somewhere in the rear. Every pothole, turning a corner, etc. It seems to be getting louder. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I did not have our rear trailing arms replaced as per the TSB as we got rid of it before I could. But what I would do is spray some PB Blaster Silicone lubricant in the rubber bushings every few months and it kept it quiet. Once it started squeaking, a few blasts of PB and it was solved. This is where to spray it (just get on your knees and look under - this is right in front of the rear tires). I'd place a few paper or shop towels down on the ground to catch the run-off:
I am giving the OP some guidance as to quiet the squeak vs replacing them. They seem to do fine w/o replacement if you keep the bushings lubed. I was not arguing your contribution.....
My 2014 Highlander LE AWD had its rear trailing arms replaced under warranty for the "secret TSB" that the dealership service department didn't know about ! 😡
I had mine replaced under warranty. A few years later the squeaking returned. Now I just spray it with 3m silicone spray every 4-5 months, works great.
