2019 Toyota Camry SE: What does this light signify? Steering wheel followed by exclamation point.

Sorry to bother you, but even after reading the manual and calling a Toyota dealer to describe this, still have no idea what this dashboard lights signifies. Looks like a steering wheeling or steer/bull followed by an exclamation point.

YIKES! Forgot to add this light is on ONLY when the car is not running but the key is in the ignition and I'm listening to the radio. It has never turned on when driving. Also, there is never a "buzz" noise. Steering when driving feels fine and easy.

Phew!!

From yourmechanic website:

"Under normal operating conditions, the EPS light comes on when the ignition switch is turn on, then goes off when the engine is started. If the EPS light remains on when the engine is running, there is a problem with the EPS system."

Accessory = radio and a few other stuff.
Ignition = radio and ALL the computers receiving power; bottom line A LOT of power draw.

Listening to radio in Ignition will drain 12V batt FAST and can leave you stranded w/o jump start (via cables or jumper pack).
