2020 Corolla Engine Immobilizer Indicator

Hello,
I have never noticed what appears to be the Engine Immobilizer System Indicator light on my 2020 Corolla flashing with the car off. Just noticed it tonight.I never noticed it coming on whenever I took the key out of the ignition switch. Is this normal? Haven't yet found conclusize information of the flashing or on solid indicator being on or actually what it does or doesn't do.

Normal. It's the immobilizer/alarm system "on" indicator. See manual.

Your not the only one, I’ve been wondering about this also and now I know it’s normal and thanks for the manual referenc.
