Anyone here know of the changes in the 2024 model year on the Corolla HB with 2.0 engine?
I see more sedans than hatches. Guess in a different part of phoenix. But I don't see that many sedans neither. I see older Corollas but none of the newer ones.
I am in San Francisco Bay Area in California. Just don't see that many NEW Corollas in Sedan or HB form.I see more sedans than hatches. Guess in a different part of phoenix.
Never heard of a ej, ek or a b20b.They’ve likely moved up to a Lexus or something else. You’re in Honda county. I used to live there and everyone I knew drove a ej or ek with a b20b.
Really?Never heard of a ej, ek or a b20b.
Really?
EJ - 1992 - 1995 Honda civic sedan. Japan model designation
EK - 1996 - 2000 Honda civic
B20b is a Honda crv engine. Pre K20
I’ve seen a few around phoenix. 1 in particular, has the center exhaust mod. Looked clean and lowered.
A hatch isn’t for everyone. Most of the drivers I’ve seen, are young people. Likely not married or have no children yet.
I knoooow, the world of cars as I once knew is now very different. To me, Porsche stopping making MT cars and starting making SUVs in early 2Ks was a sign of things to come. Here's another: remember Mitsubishi Eclipse? You got me there! Still, I see it more as a badge but at this point everyone will associate it with the Corolla sedan and hatch so oh well. I'm sure the target market for it places more importance on how they can connect their phone to the headunit more than anything![]()
What are these cars you talk about? Are they better than horses? Do you make less emissionsI knoooow, the world of cars as I once knew is now very different. Yes Doc!What are these cars you talk about? Are they better than horses? Do you make less emissions. I heard rumors of cars and that they run on corn, but there's no corn around where I live. So I'll stick with grass fed horses because not only does the grass give the horses gas, you can use feed grass to other animals and they can turn it into meat, eggs and milk. It's like an organic lab.
I know the feeling. I prefer the styling of the HB much better than sedan. Is that the new Iceberg white color? I am aiming for the Windchill Pearl color.
They ain't a four barrel and their CIs are less than 383. Hope I spoke 'Murican better
When the Toyota dealer tried to sell you an Avalon, but you fooled them. Thumbs up!I'm retired (60yo), ......but young at heart!

I live up in Prescott Valley and I see a few hatchbacks aside from my car, but the LE sedans still dominate the region. Altimas and Civics are popular here also.I see more sedans than hatches. Guess in a different part of phoenix.
I don’t see too many xse hatches. Maybe 1 xse and the rest se.I live up in Prescott Valley and I see a few hatchbacks aside from my car, but the LE sedans still dominate the region. Altimas and Civics are popular here also.
I think you'll see more LE's as they are used a lot for rental cars.LE seems to be the most common trim by far. It's pretty cool because with power locks/windows, air conditioning, and keyless entry, it's already "fully-loaded" if you're only used to old cars.
I wonder why they decided to drop the s model.I think you'll see more LE's as they are used a lot for rental cars.
