I knew going in removing and reinstalling the back side (bank1) valve cover was not going be a quick DIY, and there were many challenges, but it's finally all done now.
While I had everything taken apart, I also performed the following:

1. Replaced valve cover gaskets
2. Replaced spark plug tube seals
3. Replaced spark plugs
4. Replaced PCV
5. Replaced fuel injector O-rings
6. Replaced broken connectors
7. Replaced broken EVAP hose
8. Cleaned intake valves
9. Clean MAF & TB

Great video. This is a tough job to do as an DIY, but your video shows that it is possible for any owner to do themselves.

My advice would be to completely unbolt the wiring harness over the rear bank to have more room to work when removing and installing the rear valve cover. I supported the wire loom up with straps to the upper wiring harness with the black box. The rear valve cover slips out and in easy with the harness out of the way.

That picture is so vivid, since I've stared at that sight for many hours. LOL.
Looking at the picture, I totally agree that if you get that left side wiring harness loosened that much
so that the entire wiring harness can be lifted up that high, it'll definitely make it easier to remove and install valve cover.

That was my next target if I couldn't get the valve cover in or out,
but looking back, I do agree that above method would save time.

I'm now editing the part 2 (installation) video, and I'll mention your suggestion in there
to save some agony for next DIY-er to attach this project.

Good picture and good job!
