I'd say nah. I've changed the trans fluid once since I bought my 2010 RAV new. Plus, no manuals in NA, so parts won't be easy.

 

Aah damn ight i was looking forward to it but your right theres no manual parts for it in NA and thats crazy how you bought your 2010 RAV4 new. Maybe I’ll get another manual car then from factory

 

Find a wrecked 2005 donor. Same engine and had the manual transmission.
Toyota like most manufacturers are offering very few new cars with manual transmissions.
Maybe a 2023/24 Tacoma with the 6 speed.
Toyota SUV's none, there I'd lean towards a new Subaru Crosstrek with the manual transmission.

The cost of the trans and major labor to swap, if possible, might exceed the vehicle's value. The 2.4l reputation for defective piston rings burning huge amounts of oil makes this project an act of sheer folly.
