Locks and windows are 2 different circuits. Did you test for power at the switch?

 

I use this method to test the window regulator. Bypass the switch with a connector from the junkyard. Apply voltage with a drill battery to verify its functioning. Once verified, then it leaves the switch.

The switch contacts might have corrosion. Check both sides the switch and the connector to the harness. Use contact cleaner and see if it helps.

 

I would say check the grounds, and any water intrustion through the vapor barrier into the switch/motor.

Any chance you had any work done at that door/window?
