For those that sent me PMs from the old thread, I apologize for the delay in tracking down the following 16” offset info. I finally got a chance yesterday however to spend some time at the Toyota parts counter during a 5k check with the Camry. Not a total victory, but we now have a few more pieces of the wheel offset puzzle for these vehicles.

The guy at the parts counter wasn’t too busy so he started with the LE 16” wheels. Via the parts data base, he didn’t at first see any specific offsets listed but noticed in the part description section for each wheel that both the 16” steelies and the 16” optional LE alloy wheel contained an “OS35”’ descriptor. He then checked all the 17” wheels including the various manufacturers and there is an “‘OS40” descriptor for all of them. So far so good… but when he moved on to the 18” wheels and there wasn’t one D*#^ OS descriptor for any of them. Go Figure!

Therefore, assuming that we know that the stock 17” 2015 XLE “Super Chrome” wheels have an OS of +40, then it is at least likely that that all the 16” wheels including the optional 16” alloy have an offset of +35. Also, when you put these numbers in at TiresnRims.com they also seem to fit with the .4” variation in Camry track-width of different models on 16 & 17 inch wheels with their corresponding tire sizes.

I didn’t get the weights of the individual wheels …that was enough for one day… but for those interested, the part number for the 2015-16 optional 16” Camry alloy wheel is PT758-03160 and has a MSRP of $179.00. If you search though, most Toyota sites are listing them from about $139 - $150. I’m not sure if this includes the center caps or if the steelie TPMS sensors will transfer but the parts guy said that there was no special TPMS notes listed as there are for some of the other alloy wheels… so he is assuming the sensors are interchangeable.

Last, it would be nice (if with a big please) we could get the Cool Springs parts guy to chime in here with data verification and any additional info if he found the time …

Still…hope this helps a little…best to all…

Dave

Would this set up work on the '15 Camry?

Size: 19 x 9.5
Offset: 40
Centre Bore: 73.1 [I will have hub rings to 60.1]

I am looking to get the Konig Oversteer rims [in Gloss Black or Opal] ... if not the Braelin BR02 [Color]Matte Gunmetal]

Btw> just in case you're wondering:

- 2013+ RAV4 17" and 18" has +39 offset and will fit no problems

- 2013+ Scion TC 18" has +39 offset and fits too

- 2009+ Venza 19" and 20" has +35 offset and requires 3mm spacers to clear brakes

- 2009+ Highlander 19" has +35 offset and also requires 3mm spacers to clear brakes

I have test fitted all of these myself.

With the tC wheel do you have to have a spacer or can it run straight bolt on>?

Doing my home work finding the optimum wheel/tire combo for my recently acquired 2015 Camry V6-XLE without any spacers. I need to know answers to few questions, wonder if any one can help me with them

1)- What's the normal back spacing with the 17 x 7 and the 18 x 7.5 wheels?
2)- What's size spacers are people using with the above mentioned wheels?

Thanks
