What model is your truck? Does your truck have fog lights? If your truck doesn't have fog lights then it is probably the wiring harness for the fog lights. Toyota only has 17 different wiring harnesses for the truck and just leaves stuff that isn't being used hanging. It's a blessing if you want to install the stock fog lamps in your truck later because all you need is the relay and the switch and all the wiring is already in place just hidden.
