No that's different, although functionality maybe the same but the one I found is AUTOabc not CARabc, the adapter in your link shows not available and also do not show the price and not currently not available, while the "AUTOabc Wireless Carplay/Android Auto Adapter" is only $149.

 

I actually bought the one in the link below due to higher rating from customers reviews. So I will how good it is when I get the shipment.

I have that one for my 22 Tacoma that has wired Car Play and Android Auto. It worked when new ok, but after just a couple of months became very unreliable to start up. Now after about 5 months it doesn't work at all. Total waste of money. Return it right away.

 

Carlinkit requires your car to already have Carplay and Android auto in the infotainment system.

2019 Taco has the Entune 2.0, so it won't have Carplay and Android Auto built in, so the wireless Carplay and Android Auto adapters won't work.

 

That's probably the same with the one that I just bought. Sucks! I may have to return it.
