Hi Guys: Trying to stay busy on the shelter-in-place order.
It's about 1-1/2 inches long, and made of rubber. I took the splash guard off my HL for the first time ever after 137k miles, and found this guy rolling around at the bottom.
Looking up at the engine under the HL, I saw a little L-shaped metal tube coming out of the engine (I think), and maybe it fell off of that tube? It does fit, but not very tight. Not sure why you'd need it there. Sorry, I didn't have the energy to crawl out to get my phone, and crawl back under for a picture of the L-shaped tube.
