Are Jba Headers Worth It?

I going to get a cat back system on my 05 tacoma v6 4.0 4x4 and am wondering if I should get headers with it? Has anyone got them if so how do you like? And what muffler is better magnaflow or borla?

no... dont get those, get the doug thorley long tubes instead. The jba's are weld on and the DT's are a direct bolt on.

I live in Washington so no worries. I just might have a hard time finding someone to install them if it takes the cats off. They can't legally take them off they will get a fine.
