Having purchased this 2019 new I have on occasion experienced the problem of the vehicle not going into reverse. It acts as if the brake is on but it it NOT.
They looked at it several times and have really never come up with the reason as why. Now, recently I have experienced the problem with it NOT going either direction.
I have moved the shift arm back and forth and pushed on the brake button but nothing will allow the car to move. I had to shut the car off and started it back up and fortunately it’s works.
This issue happens anytime and has become worrisome as in Wisconsin cold weather a person could be stranded.
Has anyone experienced such an issue? Thanks in advance.
