AWD system malfunction 2WD mode engaged

I believe that this particular topic was discussed here before. But maybe someone experienced same exact thing:
The battery on my RAV4 2017 died because it was sitting for several weeks in the cold temps, jump started it and AWD malfunction notice came on. I tried the most common troubleshooting - gas tank cap, fuses... That did not help. Won’t be able to get it hooked up to the computer to read the faulty codes until the weekend. Just wanted to find out if anyone had experienced the same issue.
Please share, It Would be much appreciated.

P.S.Acceleration is still the same, no issues with that.

May be try disconnect the battery for 2 hours like this guy?

Thank you, tried that as well. Not for 2 hours, few minutes only, but it should have been enough to reset..

I'd give it 10, the point is to have no energy stored. Hit the brake pedal after you unhook battery to make sure discharged, then only a few minutes will suffice.

mine is malfunctioning and the engine is missing, falls on its face accelerating, any ideas????
