Bolts snapped off in rear sway bar bushing bracket

Hi folks,

2000 XLS.

About a month ago I replaced the both rear sway bar bushings and things seemed okay.

Then about two days ago I noticed an awful lot of noise coming from the rear, particularly when turning and going up or down an incline like a driveway. Sure enough, I took the wheel off the rear passenger side and saw this. Red encircles the deformed bracket, and green marks the hole where the bolt snapped off.

So I'm not sure exactly what to do. I could try to back the snapped-off bolt out, but I'm not even sure the threads are intact. Closer inspection showed me that the whole bracket (or whatever it is, circled in yellow below) where the hole is might be replaceable, but it's hard to be certain. Green encircles the hole with the busted bolt again.

Was wondering if anyone had any opinions.

Ha, this has happened to me.. twice. I ended up replacing the entire bracket because I couldnt drill out the snapped bolt head. Thats what I get for living in the rustbelt. It turned a $10, 10 minute job into a $100+ 4 hour job. Last time this happened to me was in 2017 and back then I used Toyotaoverstock but im sure you can find the bracket other places.
Unfortunately the bushings are once again shot (heavy thumping when i drive over bumps) but I'm too wary to try to replace them for fear of snapping a bolt head again...
