Not at all. It was advertised as one thing and you received something different. I would definitely return and let ebay know. Sellers shouldn't be able to do that to people just because you're making a purchase over the internet.

 

i'd return it and just say you changed your mind, or got rid of the car. you got 30 days it says in the post. they may stick you with the 20% fee. it looks like it says exedy on the top, but in the description says DAIKIN.

Daikin Clutch became Exedy from what I understand. Or they were always the same company. I just know that I had bought a new Exedy OEM clutch kit for my Honda, and everything in the box was marked Exedy. Hell, the clutch disc was inside its own smaller Exedy box with the PP. But there were also some Daikin Clutch logos on that clutch kit box.

I saw that about the restocking fee, but I'm wondering if ebay will side with me since the goods were not as advertised, and I would get the full refund ("plus shipping price" per ebay's front page ad).

 

it's worth a try. same with paypal. you can deny the payment due to not advertised part right?
