I have a 2004 Camry 2.4 4 cylinder. The wiring harness clip on #1 cylinder broke and the 4 wires fell out. I tried putting them back in the same order, but must have switched 1. Now the car won't start. How do I know which color wire goes in each hole and it looks like they need to push in a certain way.

Hi, new here, first post...

This is an old thread, but same problem with the clip. I can't really match the colors from the other cylinders are wires are not all the same colors! My camry is a 2005, but I assume than it should be no different than on the 2004 from the original post.
How do you differentiate Pin 2=Wht/Red and Pin3 =Red/Wht?
A picture would be great!
Thanks!

Based on the wiring for a 2009 (same gen as yours) Pins 1, 2 and 4 on all 4 coils are the same colors as follows:
Pin 1 Brown
Pin 2 White/Blue
Pin 4 White/Black
Only Pin 3 on each coil is different color, as follows:
Coil 1 Pin 3 White
Coil 2 Pin 3 Green/Red
Coil 3 Pin 3 Green
Coil 4 Pin 3 Light Green
