Can I turbocharge my 1994 Toyota Camry 2.2 5-speed with stock internals?

I have a 94 camry 2.2 5speed nd i was wondering if i could going turbo with stock internals ?

Thanks thats help me alot ! The car has 120,000 miles, wiith some new parts. My dad change the engine head for a new one because, the car was overheating nad he didnt know what was wr, he buy a new water pump, timing belt and all the gasket. But at the end the problem was the radiator. Jeje

Read the stickies. Lots of good turbo info. Google search for "wraith camry." He had one of the turbo Camrys back in the day. There is some info on his set up in several different places on the web.

You will definitely want to start by getting an extra engine to rebuild. I strongly recommend you do it once and do it right. Anything is possible with a good combination of time, money, and skill. Knowledge is probably the most important part of a turbo build though.

Totally agree!:thumbsup:

With a Turbo you need to check and double check all hoses and most especially change the Motor Oil and pay attention to throttle use so, Turbo unit does not fail.

Too bad my Camry has so many miles:D and just don't want to spend that kind of $$$ and instead drive it to pasture quietly and gently.:clap:
