Changing 2019 Camry SE Automatic transmission fluid

I'll admit I'm new to my 2019 Camry SE but I was thinking of changing my transmission fluid & filter as I have around 54,000 miles on it but I can't find a dipstick or filler cap. Is this a procedure that is only done at the dealers or am I missing something? Also what type pf transmission fluid do you use?

Just remove plastic panels under car.

There is no dipstick and as far as I know no filter that’s accessible for DIY. The only thing I’ve seen is drawing from plug on the bottom and refilling with the same amount through the fill plug on the side.

If Ub80e transmission then you can't get to the filter normally. Just drain and refill.
