update...it was the harness to lighter...jiggled it some and it came back.

maybe when I installed the Celica radio? i'll pull it apart to see.

update....checked the fuse according to chart and it was fine??? I put a cig lighter voltage checker and its only putting out 6 volts?? any suggestions on what could be doing this???
