clicking behind dash when accelerating.

I ave a wired relay like clicking behind the center console after starting the engine (cold or hot)

its a gasket in the exhaust manifold or something. my 01 had this problem, and it was replaced, and the noise stopped. however, a few days later it came back. i am assuming that the gasket is dead again. there are a few that need to be replaced come to think of it. what happens is the high pressure of the exhaust gas is pushing through, and making that popping sound. hope that helps.

It's normal. It took me a while to get used to it, but it's that 90's technology shining through.

(I didn't believe my service tech when he told me it was normal until I asked to test drive another Sequoia on the lot) It usually happens only once a minute or two into my drive but I don't even notice it anymore. "Click-click!"
