Good Day Gents!
Please whenever possible give an advice on my clicking/ticking/or metal to metal sound while accelerating. This sound does not happen, when I start the engine on cold start, not at idle, I switched from Park to Neutral then pushed the gas still no ticking sound. This sound comes when the car drives from stop, and goes away when I don't press on the pedal while driving.

Steps was done with one of friend-mechanic so far:
Checked for VVT-I oil filter - good
Checked for VVT-I gear by dissembling - good
Tested for functionality and resistivity test of VVT-I oil control valve-good
Removed the oil pan underneath and checked for oil filter - good
Oil change every 5000km with 5W-30
Checked the alternator/water pump pulleys for any sign of abnormality, also was good.
Today the 4 of the injectors were cleaned and tested, and placed back, still the sound is in there.

Thank you Gents for reply. Suggestions are noted.

@IBoughtACorolla - will cross check once more since I replaced right side axles assembly not long ago.

@MRussel - will spray some sprinkles of water on exhaust are while engine running and see if any changes on engine running.

@75aces - motor mounts were checked recently which were fine. Heat shield were loose on some area which was fixed, but the clicking noise still in there. Exhaust hitting the body needs to be checked.

Other things to mention: No check engine light, When the car in Park and press the gas pedal til 1.5-2-3 RPM still no sound of clicking.
I will check with above mentioned and will get back soon.

I suggest that because you said if you set off the gas, the noise goes away (gas recirculates at idle/no load) When I had mine, it wasnt really noticeable for a year or two until the car sounded like it had a muffler delete when accelerating :D I also noticed that fumes would come out from the side of the car instead of from the exhaut. XD

yes, if the car is pinging which is probably unlikely, running higher octane gas would either make the pinging go away or lessen. It could help pin point your problem or rule other things out. My car started pinging during acceleration and driving up hills when my head gasket was starting to go, higher octane gas helped for a while. My car had over 150,000 miles when that happened though.

What we did when checking for an intermittent noise is buy a couple of cheap lapel microphones & kit 12v amplifiers, then taped them to different spots under the car & taped the wires back in to speakers inside the car.
Through a process of elimination, we found the problem (a crook wheel bearing in our case).

Good Day Gents,
Thank you All for your review and reply's.

What I've done so far:

Changed Spark Plugs OEM
Flushed the Transmission Fluid and changed the Filter. (No metal particles were observed on a pan or magnet)
Changed the Engine Oil to 5W-30 another brand (Lexus)

After driving it for some time, the clicking sound that I was mentioned gone, but the noise is still there when the engine is not fully warmed up.

To conclude this all,
No metal particles on a engine and transmission pan which is good. No check engine light on. Driving is good. So I simple warm up the engine and drives. No noise like before.

This is all updates ... thank you Gents once more...

Some people make the mistake of switching from conventional oil to synthetic oil when an engine is old and/or has many miles on it. That can lead to oil leaks from engine seals. Not sure about engine noise, though. Unfortunately some Toyota engines develop noise as they age. Usually engines that haven't been taken care of. The good thing is the engines still tend to run forever, no matter how bad they are treated. Just turn up the radio.
