I've put some new coilovers on my 06 and I knew it was gonna be stiffer but Jesus is there any special way or other type of coilovers or maybe just lowering springs that lower it and don't make it extremely stiff I really don't care about stiffening it I just want it lower

The thing is, when you lower a car you have to make it stiffer, as the available suspension travel is shortened. If the spring rates stayed the same as OEM then you would bottom out all the time on a lowered car.
In general though, coilovers will usually be significantly stiffer than normal lowering springs (some coilover manufacturers will either offer a range of spring rates to choose from to accomodate different use cases like street or track), they will also allow you to go a lot lower.
