Cold Start Rattle 2003 Camry 4 cyl?

Hoping for some thoughts on my mother's car. This is after sitting for 3 hrs (45f) so isnt quite a cold start but still doesnt sound right. Much worse on really cold day start. Will post a true cold start after storm passes. At end of video engine lurches from drive to reverse. Wonder if dog-bone is broken.

edit: Shes at 104k miles and never had water pump changed. Wondering if that high metalic dinging sound is a loose chain

Just wondering if this is cold related what kind of oil is in the engine now, and how long has it been since the last oil change?

Looking at her receipts she had the oil changed in August but it doesnt say what kind. It was at Sulllivans a large chain shop that does mostly tires in the NE.

Dog bone mount definitely looks broken. As far as the noise tho, should take the serpentine belt off and spin the pulleys and feel if there is any plan in any of them. Also should see what the oil level is? Could be low on oil too and that would definitely cause a rattle.

Oil is good. Maybe 1 mm past second full mark/hole
Going to try and check the pulleys when it warms up.

Me thinks it’s the serpentine belt tensioner rattling. Considering the squeaking belt, it seems likely. Otherwise, doesn’t sound too bad.
