I was driving (Corolla LE, automatic) and all of a sudden engine light flashing and car had rough idle driving. Used code reader and says PO 303....Cylinder 3 misfire. Mechanic going to look at it tomorrow.....anyone have an idea what the cause? Car was running smooth before this....has 136,000 miles.

P0303 could point to bad coil, spark plugs or injector o ring. The typical way to be sure is to move the coil to cylinder 4, then reset the cel. If p0304 pops, then it is the coil that is bad.
Also, it's best to look at the spark plugs to see if the electrode has been ground away. If it is, time for a new set.
