Noise ECU

I called toyota today to complain about the sound from the ECU. This is my second one ECU. Got it replace, it was good for a while and it is starting to get louder. I have a case file now with Toyota head quarters and will follow up. If anyone has a problem (this and only this) and would like thier case added to mine please email me at [EMAIL="edthatguy@yahoo.com" I can't keep this truck and listen to that. It's like a bad television. Please note, This is for ECU high pitch sound only. The ECU is located behing the glove box. The ECU will turn on with the ignition only. It will make a high pitch (bad electronics) sound. I love this truck but can't put up with the sound.

I brought my truck in and my dealer admitted there is a noise from the ECU. The dealer insulated the ECU and it has all but eliminated the noise. The dealer and I both agree that the insulation is just a bandaid to the problem and I am still following up with Toyota Canada. My main concern before, was that Toyota would of said that thier wasn't a problem, but seeing as how the dealer admitted it, that is a none issue now. I will hear from Toyota in the next 2 weeks or so. When I do, I'll email you and tell you what they say.
