Daytime Running Light sometimes does not work

I have LED DRL/high beams on my 2007 SE. I used BIG capacitors (not load resistors) before the LEDs to combat the PWM signal the DRL relays sends to the bulb. With LED's as DRL's either they flicker or do not turn on at all because the PWM signal stabilizes to 6volts which is too low for most LED running voltages. Just know that with the capacitors, the LED DRL runs at full voltage and is basically a high beam which is not good. I turned off the DRL function via techstream because of this and removed the caps as I wanted LED highs I don't care much for DRLs.
