Fastest gen 3 without a doubt is gonna be Tony's. I hope to pull the fastest NA time this summer. And if that does not work, then I am gonna supercharge my car and just go for fastest 2nd gen ever.:D

From what I understand the dry shot is much easier to set up and doesn't necessarily require the use of aftermarket fuel system parts, that's one plus, but the wet system is supposedly "safer"

Nos isn't my first choice as power adder but it definitely serves its purpose! :D

lol, we'll see. What have you run NA? Or what do you think you will run.

I hate to make guesses for fear of looking stupid in the future but I am hoping for mid 14's this summer. And the Niagara meet should be really interesting.

You've been saying that for a while now. Less talk, more boost. :p:

Drag racing with nitrous is cheating. You have to fill it up every time and it costs money.

The only time it is worth it in my opinion is when drag racing the car on a closed track on a regular basis. It's a hobby, and I respect that.

And yes, the fast and the furious crap I think is so crap, I pity the companies making those floor mats and aluminum pedals.

Using it on public streets to drag race is also incredibly stupid. Major crash and your whole car explodes. That's fun.

I am not a fan of nitrous, but if that is what makes the car go fast, then why not. But because the performance is not consistent, it doesn't appeal to most people. Carrying a full nitrous bottle on the streets is suicidal as well. Having huge amounts of compressed gases inside the car is always dangerous whether the contents are flammable or not.

Anyway, my Camry will be done soon... My transmission has just been shipped off and will be arriving at my door anytime next week... After that, it would be dropping my built motor in which should take 2 weeks or so. Can you say 25+ psi and 450+ WHP? (that's all for now because I am still running a puny 57-trim CT-26)

I have promised my friend who has a T78 MKIV Supra that I would run him this summer... That means I have to hit at least 700WHP or else I would be breaking my promise :D

By the way, I have been hearing a lot of "boosted" Camry's, but how come I don't see 'em anywhere? LOL...just fooling around with you turbo-wannabe peeps ;) :D

you guys dont even know what I've been planning in my little dark garage ...

Either way I respect Tony to the point where I would consider him my only competition at the moment.

So much smack talking...hahaha :D I seriously doubt that someone would have a fully built 1MZ in 2-3 months when it took me more time to build it with a full machine shop at my disposal. Unless someone here is so hardcore that they kept a built 1MZ a total secret from half a year ago...

The only competition I'd say will be Wraith again... That 3S-GTE powerplant is good for some major power. And Justin has basically the best (and bling) parts that I can't see how it won't be fast... I can't wait to see it finished either...

My goal is to make the power and to put it onto the ground. I see most 5spd not too much of a threat when the car is still FWD and still carries the Camry's shell. At those big power levels, the car has to be automatic and has to be able to put the power down... Or what it will end up is another 600 WHP Civic that runs high 13's on street rubber.

I better hope that my 4000RPM stall billet converter and LSD (yes, you got it, an LSD in an A541E), as well as a 7400RPM redline will lay the power to the ground :)
