Or were they deleted for 2021?

Every other new cars I've purchased came with them.

Thanks.

Most cars will already have them from either the port, factory, or distributor. In my case, a 2016 Corolla LE, the distributor installed the floor mats. Yours might not have come with them, but I'm sure you could order some from Toyota.

Floormats have always been optional equipment, but you'll rarely see a car NOT optioned with floormats from the factory because the Toyota region/distributor will always order them that way. That's just how Toyota operates, but I'm sure other companies do it too (I've seen Hyundai do it the same way). If you don't want mats from the factory, you'd have to place a special order.

It depends on the dealership. There are some cheap ones out there who won't order them, but during haggling you can tell them to throw them in free. Also see if you can get free, additional oil changes beyond the 2 (that's the "Toyota Care PLUS" 4yr-45K). Well 2 more oil changes, LMAO.

If you already got the car, then try it next time.

Personally, I'd order something aftermarket like Lloyd's($105) or Weathertech. You can get better quality for a lower price.

My CPO, '19 came with only the all-weather rubber floor liners. The weather in Louisiana doesn't warrant the rubber mats.
Toyota wanted a lot of money for theirs, I got mine for much less on Autoanything.

I'm very unhappy with Toyota. I bought my car on September 30, 2020 and was promised my all weather car mats in two weeks. Supposedly they are not making them and I have to keep waiting. Wait for how long? Will my car interior be destroyed by the time I received my mats? This is unacceptable. If Toyota's provider isn't making them, they should already have a new provider. Bad Business practice.

Get your money refunded from the dealer and then buy a set from one of the many online parts dealers. A full set (carpet or all weather) is only $120 from online dealers.

I realize it's difficult to get money back from a dealership. They incorrectly added Zurich shield (over $650!!) to my loan even though my car was not treated (a specific request from me for the deal we made). I finally got a refund once I spoke with the sales manager.

I didn't have to wait for my Toyota mats they were already in the car when I bought it. Though I still bought the cheaper Ross mats to put under the Toyota ones. This helped dampen the loud tire noise on my XSE Hatch. Just make sure with the Ross Mat you punch a hole in the driver side one to fit over the holding latch so it doesn't shift out of place.

My 20 hb came with all weather mats but no carpet mats. I was able to find a set of OEM mats for a good price on eBay. As far as the spare, I do have a donut spare in the trunk. I keep a 12v compressor, jump starter, first aid kit and even jumper cables just in case. There's a lot of space under that trunk mat!

Canadian models typically come with both sets of mats. Hatch rubber mat was not included for mine, I bought it separately on the all-mighty Amazon :p

USA models depend on a dealer. In most cases, either or both carpet/rubber have to be purchased separately...

I have ordered a 2021 XSE. The closest they have in stock is SE upgrade. I mentioned that the WeatherTechs from my 2017 XSE would not fit and the sales man showed me the all weather mats that would be included (explaining that I would not have to replace my WeatherTechs). They have not even located a car for me atfter a week of looking. The mats may be the leasts of my worries :(

I think this is the better choice nowadays, just buy the mats before or right after you take delivery of the car.

My 21 LE came with the rubber mats and trunk liner but there was a cost on the window sticker. That's fine I like them more than weather techs anyway. They are a supple rubber vs weather tech liners being hard slick plastic. And they have the raised edges to hold slush and water in.
I must have same Mats ... I think they probably had no problem hiding it in the price as well, I sure didn't get them for free.
