Difference between Hybrid and base front bumper 2011 Toyota Camry

I have a damaged front bumper on a 2011 Camry... I was able to get a fender off a 09 Hybrid so I'm good there (found out via this sight that they are different with headlights and bumpers).... but the question is what is the difference between a base and a hybrid other then the looks on the front bumper? Are they interchangeable minus where the fog lights mount (even though it's the same fog light) and what's up with the headlights as well? Any help would greatly be appreciated

Also why is the rear seal different between the 2 as well? I'm just trying to get this back together on the cheap

I think they should work if you replace the grille too. I think only the rear taillights are different, but should work if you replace the whole assembly. I don't see why it wouldn't fit.

What's the difference in the headlights? Or not an issie.. ii see that it's the grill and fog lights benzel would need switched
